I have scanned through this thread and it all seems a bit heavyweight. Making references to Nuremburg (presumably the atrocities committed by the Nazis in the death camps) and the 'legal class' gives the impression of a conspiracy theorist who may have a persecutory type delusional disorder.

This is only my opinion of course. A much more measured approach might have more effect.

I knew that some numpty would come up with that, no I dont equate the Holocaust with the corruption in the legal class, the point is that the compliance and inaction by the so called "honest" solicitors makes them as guilty as the dishonest ones.
As they say evil thrives when good people do nothing or perhaps that is too heavyweight

Scanning is great for many matters, but useless for other matters.

As for being heavyweight, lightweights can never enter the arena of heavyweights.

A measured approach is biased if the measures are not applied to all impacted.

Your posts appear to be statements rather than points of discussion (being called a "numpty" for making a reasonable suggestion illustrates this). Your attitude rather defeats the object of posting on a forum.

I hope that your despair does not 'put off' a person who is in genuine need of legal representation from a solicitor who is keen to do a good job.

Charles your support, clarity and decency has "arrived" too late for some. Whilst I am one of the aggrieved whose life was further negated by useless legal practitioners, please do not undermine that some of your learned colleagues are scumbags making a living out of destroying peoples lifes.

It is all too easy to blame the client as can be seen by the open mindset. There are instances where the sol is indeed culpable but the profession and the screaming unaffected supporters compound the devastation they inflict.....not all clients are aggrieved unwarrentedly.
