Hi fade2gray!

Thanks very much for replying. Of course I remember you - what a nightmare you have been living!

Apart from the old saying that 'a problem shared is a problem halved' and the advice you may get from others here, there is the point that although not many Wikipeeps have suffered what you have, your experiences are a warning of what may happen and forewarned is forearmed!

Thanks again, and do please let us know what happens in March!

All the Very Best!

Arnie, are you (and others) hinting that NF4J is a breeding ground for these type of people?

I wonder if this pervert has any other affiliations?

I'm curious

Is

engaging in sexual activity with a child under 13 years old.

different from

engaging in sexual activity with a child over 13 years old.

The child was 4, why is there a need to defferentiate, what is the significance of being 13 ??

think the differentiation is to do with the New Sexual Offences Act 2003 www.cps.gov.uk/news/factsheets/fs-sexoffences.html

Any form of sexual intercourse involving children under 13 is treated as statutory rape (as opposed to non-statutory rape).
