I have sent a fax to a firm of solicitors today outling a medical negligence case versus a pathetic attempt to something you could only describe as a modern day witch-hunt of a mother albeit done in closed court.The secret is well out of the country it has blown first in Australia next place is the US .There are no more secrets in the family courts the families are talking faster as the broad band will carry them lol .
Wise up people class rooms of kids are going missing first they came for the JEWS!!!

Do people know that Collaborative Law is just as expensive as normal process? The ball kicker is if you don’t agree at some point, all that went before gets binned and you start in the normal process again with completely new solicitors!!

How you can spend twice the amount on solicitors.

it's not the answer for everyone, but here in Scotland collaborative law seems to be very successful. The main advantage is long term family relationships suffer less damage which to some is priceless.

So effectively this is a without prejudice conversation, so does the reason for failure of that conversation get carried forward into the next part of the process?
