Frigging disgrace. My partner''s ex totally alienated his child against him, left him with nothing, married the fella she had an affair with (who the child now regards as his new dad). Two incomes but constantly gets my partner reassessed by CSA to try and get more money outta him - for a child he does not see! And the law has helped her do all of this on legal aid while claiming as a "single mum" before she got married again! My partner is regarded nothing less than a cash cow by this govt. I don''t mind him paying for his child but surely there should be some measures in place to stop mothers doing this so easily, especially if there was a perfectly fine relationship between the child and father pre divorce, which was the case in our circumstances.
