I was assaulted by my x husband and it feels so unfair that it does not count.
He frightened and broke my youngest toys,
he still maintains it was my fault, as I verbally abused him for years.
We were all frightened by him, and acknowledgement of this would help victims both children and adults to move on.
I am so glad we are not in the same house as him.
