What''s the problem with phone calls? I encouraged my ex (who left to be with a woman with 2 young kids) to call my boys every night as I want them to stay in touch. Sadly it''s your kids who suffer if your contact is limited- they may grow up thinking you didn''t want to be involved, or later resent their mum for trying to make these restrictions. I wonder if she has a right to say that and if you can have the court specify your right to phone contact?
