My children and I are relocating to our previous place of residence.

They are both currently privately educated and have been since they began school in Reception.

My ex is currently stating he will not continue to pay school fees in the new town. If we didn't move, however, the children would continue with their current private school and he would continue to pay.

I am keen to understand if school fees can be part of a court order and continued to be paid throughout their education, whether in part or entirely?

Please advise.

Many thanks B)

Please note, we are not yet divorced, however, I am awaiting the decree Nici.
