Hi,
I am very confused about what should I do.
I am finally divorced now (Thank you Wikivorce). There was domestic violence before that and my children's dad was deported back to his country. He is not allowed to contact me, or the children as a consequence. I don't even know (or want to know) where he is. The fact is that I need a legal document that says the children live with me and i have the residence. I just don't know if the process will be the same, as the other parent is in unknown location. Can anyone please help me understand what do I need to do.
Many thanks
S
