Hi there,

I have a question please.

My ex suggesting as of September when our boy will start reception to change the arrangements for him…1 Week with me and one with him….which I said to him that that is ridicules …and will mess up him…however I would like to know if he is adamant for that to happened what do I do???

I had this but my boy is 11. It lasted a few months until I took it to court.
It was just not in the best interests of our son.

Funny thing is my ex was adamant and the day before court and after reading the CAFCASS report agreed he should live with me.
