Hi All,

So looks like we are going back to court.
The funny thing is we had an arrangement and my ex wive failed to keep to it. But she is stating I failed to keep to it.

While I record everything that's not evidence as I could write anything.

I'm saying she's out of the country when she's supposed to have our child, and have asked for details of all overseas travel. As you an imagine this has been refused.

How do I ask a judge for directions on this ?
We're had a FA and agreed (reluctantly on my part as I knew it wouldn't be kept to - I even mentioned this to the judge who said give my ex wife another chance!)

Thanks
