My ex is yet to be allowed due to various issues take our 4 year old out of the country until now. It clearly states I am to hand the passport over once I have received all the details. His solicitor is pressing me for the opposite as in I give her the passport & they will then give me details? I will give the passport once I have the details.

I am concerned he won't come back and past experience he went to a different place he told me so had no idea where my son was. For two years he wasn't in his life. Pls help???

Catch 22.

How will you know the details they are giving are correct?

What difference will it make if once you know the details? Are there certain banned destinations or is there something you can do if you don't like the arrangements?

The booking form and I will check. I would like to know where my four year old is!!! Be neglect if I never and what country surely? I don't trust him either! If he never had a problem why not just give me the details? Surely he is being obstructive?
