My STBX and I have been attending mediation for four sessions - I thought we had agreed the parenting plan and now he is not sticking to it.

Changing things and insisting he has told me even when I have said to text or email to ask/discuss and confirm.

He makes changes to the arrangements through the children then accuses me of using them as ammunition and it makes it very hard for me to make plans accordingly.

I know I can bring this up in mediation again but obviously he only wants the plan as far as it suits. I am fed up with being the only one who compromises and then being accused of being inflexible.

Is there anything I can do as a next step if he persists on doing this?

If he won't voluntarily abide by the agreement you can apply to the court for an order.
