Hi

So now fully divorced, yay! However I'm trying to work out whats fair and right.

My little one is 17 months, her dad lives 200 miles away. Hes only seen her 10 times for 2 hours maybe 3 max. I haven't prevented any access at all. There was a 3 month gap between the last visit.

My question is would a court force me to allow overnight, even with this lack of bonding. Being so far away? Im open to overnights once they know him more. I just feel it would cause her distress if she isnt fully comfortable.

Ive asked 4 full days with her here, and 1 overnight in a hotel near me, to see how he gets on. My baby has never been away from me selfishly i hate the idea of her going, but i know he has rights.

Thanks x
