Hello,

I am awaiting for final hearing in December -financial remedy and will try to get representation via direct access barrister. I now need to apply for schedule 1 child act re child support. Where can I get this form?

Are you sure this is the application you need to make? Child support is dealt with by CMS as a general rule. Perhaps you would explain what you are trying to achieve??

Hello hadenoughnow,

Thanks for your continuous support.Yes my STBx is based in the Middle East and the country is not under REMO/UK jurisdiction so I am looking into applying for this schedule 1 Child Act.We have 3 day FH scheduled in December but he's complicating matters with regards to child maintenance.Which form should I complete and where can I find it?
