Hi

I am completing the A58 adoption form and needed some guidance. Both myself and partner are British, but my partner is working in Germany. We have both adopted my sisters daughters from abroad, the daughters are now in the UK. We were granted a court order abroad. Do I still need to add my partner on the A58 form Even though he works in Germany.

Thanks.
