My STBX and I cannot agree on Christmas Day arrangements. It's petty and pathetic I know.

Can he take out a Specific Issue Order regarding this matter?

Help, what's the worst he can do?

Hi Fluffy

Christmas is always the cause of arguments and a very stressfull time aspecially during divorce.

What I have always done with the children is to alternate each year. If this is the first year, why not suggest to your ex to place both your names in a bowl then get a 3rd party to pull one out.

Not pleasant for the parent wothout the children for christmas but you can always consider have your special day on boxing day or another day.

A lot of people are in the same predicament as you on this site and its very hard. I hope that you can sort this between you without the need for any orders.

Take care
