Ive issued a C100 to the courts regarding my ex calling my daughter by her Maiden Name and my surname (double barrel)

I was told by the court that i will need to have a meeting with a CAFCASS officer before going before the judge. Do I go in alone or with the ex??

Can anyone tell me whether it is wise to mention to the oficer the reason i believe the ex has changed my daughters name is because she will eventually drop my part of the name, leaving just the ex'x maiden name as her surname

Thanks
