Hi their been separated for several months awaiting divorce and living at home with the children. My son refuse to speak to his mother, he is 17 and still in full time education and my daughter(14) has recently stopped going to see her mother after finding out she left for another man !
My wife made me very ill with depression etc etc and we have had no communication only through however she turned up at the house ( looking dreadful ) demanding to see the children making me very unwell and refused to leave for 3 hours and at one point claimed to be suffering from cancer ?
Can I apply for a restraining order or similar as she makes me ILL to be honest ?

Cheers
andy
