My wife and I have been separated nearly 20 months and I along with my daughter moved away from the family home leaving my wife there, my daughter is 15 yo. We were using temporary accommodation which is not not available.

I pay all bills except my wifes council tax

We moved away in the first instance due to bad behavior from my wife, coming home late, drinking and coming home late and the fact she argued a lot with my daughter. My daughter is not prepared due to the amount of arguments and the poor behavior to move back into the family home

I am due surgery for the removal of tumours in my spine which have got worse in recent weeks so I need some where to have this done

So I need access to the home and I am unable to cope with the potential up-evil of having my wife sharing the property.

Is there anyone here that has been granted sole access to the family home on health grounds ???
