What are we each entitled to in our divorce settlement?

What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

Hi again ,
Please Can anyone help me and point me in the right direction to what forms I need to fill-in and submit to the court

I am the respondent in an ancillary relief case.. I have filed and served everything that the court has requested and complied with all the orders yet my ex and his solicitor have not complied with any...
I written to the court and told them the situation they gave them another three week extension but they still have not complied with .
How can I get them to Do this , the court doesn’t seem bothered that they are not doing as the judge ordered....
How can I make them?! what form do I need to fill-in to enforce these orders ??

Very frustrated

There's a really helpful book that came out last October by Pia Pasternack called something like "making friends with Divorce" yes I know it's a terrible title but the book tells you all about the firms etc AND how to fill them in I think you can get it from Amazon

What stage are you at?

What do you want the court to do?

You may want to ask for enforcement with a penal notice attached.

I think it is a D11 you need. The forms and guidance are on this site or you can go to gov.uk and search.

The helpline may be able to assist.
