Depends if your on CSA 1 or CSA 2 .

CSA 1 - case before March 03 they do take into account the NRPP income.

CSA 2 - case does not take NRPP into account just straight % based on the NRP's net income.

NRPP - Non Resident Parents Partner

Thankyou for the reply Angel.

Just to make things clearer, the CSA have nothing to do with my payments at this moment in time because she goes to work and we have a voluntary agreement.

Just wondering what would happen if she left work and whent onto benefits.

My guess she will do that eventualy.

Sorry for the bad spelling and grammer.
