My ex started the financial agreement last year. We have exchanged forms to which I have answered some questions I missed on request from his solicitor. Although he as not answered lots of questions I asked about his form E. I have not heard anything for over two months. The Decree Nisi is going through and I paid for the divorce online. I have asked his solicitor to explain the delay to me with no response. I can't afford a solicitor. Do I keep asking for a response or does this go to court without his answers? I just want it done

Is the solicitor still representing your ex?
Has one of you applied to court for a financial order?

I presume she’s still representing him. I have not heard anything for over two months. He asked for mediation before court
