What are we each entitled to in our divorce settlement?

What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

Hello I need some sound advice I have signed the Consent Order then a week later i realised I had sign the unamended version stating I would pay my ex £80k by the end of October instead of the revised version of the 30th nov also in my stress I also signed the D81 form realising I had signed the bit which states I had seen his financial disclosure
I have emailed the correct consent order to his solicitor but I have had no reply
is there anything I can do?
also how much interest would I have to pay on £80k as it's definitely not going to be on that date by the time the land registry stuff and t f1 are signed
Advice needed thank you
