I have posted already.
My husband and I have exchanged three questionnaires since 2021 There was a big delay to adhere to directions and during that time i entered all his finances onto a spreadsheet.
It became very clear he had been very meticulous about the statments he disclosed. He also submitted manipulated documents. When I highlighted this he then submitted the correct statements and completely denied the incorrect ones were ever submitted.
He has a pattern in the way he disclosed investments. So where I had doubt I decided to set the accounts up as a payee and sure enough they are active. I have found 3 undisclosed savings accounts altogether. The banks have also confirmed they are active. There are 2 further credit cards that he has not disclosed and a current account.
He has closed 7 accounts since divorce proceedings commenced and I do think he has now after three years disposed of the assets he had in 2021.
We finally have a date for the FDR in November having had to vacate two previously. We are currently waiting for the pension reports.

I am also the primary carer of my older son who is Type 1 diabetic and is really stuggling with keeping his levels stable. I have been responsible for him since 2015.
As I have accepted there is unlikely to be any cash or shares left. I was hoping to represent myself as I have had quotes from £4000 to £8000 to represented.
At best | was hoping for 70% FMH
Pensions matched
H contributes 50% to redecorate the FMH
However , a few months ago he took took out a litigation loan, which has really worried me as I seem to understand they are either paid back from a cash settlement or the sale of the FMH. I am losing sleep over this.
I have been diagnosed with chronic reactive depression and I am really concerned about the thought of having to move.
I am preparing to highlight the non disclosed savings accounts, the missing gifts, the fake statments the fact that he has spent all the matrimonial money on himself with the view that the court might make an adverse inference rather direct that H discloses statements.
I am not interested in the money he has been given. However, I do feel it is enough for him to purchase a property and therefore should be disclosed. However, he is in complete denial that these gifts have been made.
I am trying to start a business which will require a garden so I was banking on staying in the FHM. But this litigation loan has worried me.
I am at a loss..
