I would be grateful for some advice with the following:

I am currently preparing for an FDR hearing to be heard at the end of January.

I have still not received key documents and thought the best way to address this would be by including a Schedule of Deficiencies.

I cannot find any guidance relating to how many pages this should be. There is lots of key information missing.
