I have let my barrister go that i used at my first hearing, he did not fill me with confidence, told me i would be paying maintenance one way or another and generally did not seem to have any fight. I could see that a more aggressive / positive Barrister could have swayed the judge as he was definitely not set in stone with his attitude. Any recommendations appreciated. I am in the East Anglia region, my solicitor has suggested a london Barrister from Beresford road i think
