What would be an appropriate way to respond to questions in the questionairre which asks for valuations of items of nominal value ie under £50 please?

Have you been ordered by the Judge to answer these particular questions?

Usually, individual items with a saleable value of less than £1000 aren't included in financial disclosure (unless together they form a collection that is valuable).

Yes the judge said the question had to be answered. It was a bit of a surprise because it's obviously why they weren't included on form E, but the other side is demanding values of everything and the judge took their side. I know what I'd like to reply but it won't help the situation!

Lol, it probably wouldn't be the response they would be looking for!

Just answer the question the best you can, that's all you can do. If there's a number of items, just list them and thier resalable value. You could use auction sites such as Ebay to get an idea of selling price.
