Hi
I am a LiP Applicant for my FDR on 12 August.
The court have asked that I prepare the court bundle.
How log in advance can I ask the Respondent to provide their documents so that I have time to process them? Ideally I would like them a week in advance as I need to provide them to the court 2 days before the hearing - would this be a reasonable request?

Thanks in advance.

Look at the order. It should set out timescales. You should have most of the documents well ahead of the hearing.

A draft index needs to be sent ideally a week or so before the hearing so your ex can ask for specific documents to be included.

Remember that court bundles must comply with Practice Direction 27a.
