Please could someone advise on the best way to keep all supporting documents like bank statements with form E.
Do I put them at the back of the relevant section or keep them altogether at the back of form E.
I'm sure I've read a post about indexing all the documents but can't find it.
Thank you

The form E goes into the bundle (for court) without supporting documentation so keep it separate. It makes sense to do this with voluntary exchange as well.

You can put together a bundle of documents separated with chapter heads for each section. An index and page numbers will make it easier to navigate. Ideally it should be presented as an e bundle of pdf documents.

You should make sure the case number is on the bundle.

Thanks for your reply. The court have said they need all supporting documents like bank statements etc but I'll keep them at the back like you suggested. I can't do pdf so they'll have to have the actual paperwork.
Thanks again
