Can I legitimately use child tax credits to pay my solicitors bills. I have no other income, although do have savings . Or is this an Absolute no no and must be spent on children??

I am not sure that there is any requirement to spend these on the children. As far as I am aware they form part of the household income and can be spent on whatever bills need to be paid
