What is the change in circumstances if she has been receiving these gifts for a long time?

Presumably she spends it so her savings for means tested benefits don’t go over any thresholds?

Is what she is getting gifts or is she working for a family business and is in fact being paid and not declaring it?

Gifts of shopping or cash from family are unlikely to affect your entitlement to benefits.

Are you seeking to report benefit fraud or is this material to a financial remedy case?

If her parents are habitually supporting her then surely that will show on her bank statements and should be declared as part of financial disclosure. Presumably this is not being claimed as a loan?
Has the FMH been transferred to your ex ahead of settlement?
Are you in the court process?

What if such cash flows were declared as loans? Are there legal requirements or limitations for such loan agreements to be accepted (dismissed) by the court?

When one party suddenly declares that a gift from parents was actually a loan then the court are usually very dismissive as they have heard it numerous times.

For it to be considered a loan there would need to be some decent evidence, an agreement drawn up by a solicitor, evidence of repayments etc.
