Hi,

Ive received two copies of C100 and C1 through the post today. Do I have to send the other copy to my ex? Also, I've made a mistake and ticked 'yes' where it asked if she had been abusive to the child.

How do I correct this? I was thinking about striking it and writing no.

please advise.
