As you have a Consent Order made through the courts, you should contact the court where the order was made to confirm the terms in the original agreement.

Through the CSA, maintenance payments stop when the child reaches 16 and leaves high school or 19 years of age should they continue onto full time education, which is A-Level or equivalent. As a rule, maintenance payments would stop on the child''s birthday or at the end of the school term, whichever is latest.

University is classed as advanced education, therefore your legal responsibility to pay child maintenance would be over under a CSA assessment.
