In my Consent Order it states I pay maintenance until my child reaches the age of 18 or leaves full time education, whichever is the later. She is 18 next week and at college. Is college after the age of 18 called "full time" education or as i''ve heard elsewhere, "further" education. Grey area I think as mine states "full Time" in my opinion I would stop paying when here course finished shortly, I also have a 40% charge on my ex''s property which kicks in.

Assuming she is doing a course that is more than 450 hours a year and it is Level 3 or below and not e.g a Foundation Degree
then it is full time education ....
