What are the possibilities to get the NRP to pay Maintenance when the couple was never married and he does not work (willingly). The NRP owns 2 1/2 out of 3 properties (2 are rented by the NRP and the third is the family home but he does not contribute anything towards Mortgage etc.)they had during their time together. CSA is saying that he does not earn, but isn''t income from properties not income????

Rental income does count as other income and an application for variation can be made. However the net amount needs to be greater than £100 per week to even generate £5 of child maintenance
