CSA is not ''fit for purpose'' and not set out to what it was supposed to do which is ensure that absent parents, whatever gender take financial responsibility for the children they produce.
You can never get hold of them, typical call centre with different options, to be told they have no resources to deal with your call and the system is abused by parents to ''get at'' the other parent.

I am a RP for one child and a NRP for the other, both with the same father. I have 2 jobs to make ends meet, pay 15% of my wage to the father for our son, yet he only pays £20 a month for our daughter. Yes, people, the children have the same father. The father decided to resign from his job and do ''further-education'' so pays the minimal, yet even that is not paid. He hasn''t paid his ''paltry'' amount for 4 months. Have contacted the CSA on numerous accounts, when I can get hold of them, to be told they are dealing with it. Am seriously not happy! Are my taxes paying for this service which is seriously inadequate - yet another situation where i''m being ripped off!!

Rage over, feel better - thank you.
