i understand that pension payments come out of the gross figure for CM. I also have a lease car for work/private use under salary sacrifice. Is this amount deducted too?

Does it appear on your payslips?

The CMS usually ask you to provide payslips for them to do their calculations, and will use HMRC information to recalculate your amount each year.

If it''s a salary sacrifice scheme then it probably won''t go to HMRC so as far as I am aware the CMS can''t include it in your income.
