Hi all

I have a court order which basically states that CM is in line with what ever the latest government type CM is (so now CMS, although originally CSA).

My question is around income my ex earned from property rental. I have spoken to CMS twice and they are unable to tell me if the income is used, or profit (ie after mortgage, agent fees, maintenance etc is deducted).

I think im also right in thinking any p11d benefits should be included (yes my ex went out and got a car with the biggest CO2 rating he could find, he would rather pay more in tax than at the time pay me, looks like its now back fired on him though).

Also, how does it affect things when he does his tax return (this is how we base the figures) and he has either over paid or under paid tax. What does that mean for the following year?
Thanks for you help
