Hi,

My ex husband has told my children (10 & 14) that he wants to have them 3.5 days per week so that he doesn't have to pay me any CM.

He works shifts, so currently has them 2/3 nights per week. He lives with his elderly parents and the children have to share a bed when they stay with him. He sleeps on the sofa.

He has not discussed this with me, so I don't know how he plans for this to work, but looking at his shift pattern he could only realistically have them for 3 nights per week.

The children do not want to change the schedule that we currently have, but don't want to tell him as they are worried they will hurt his feelings. I currently am primary parent and pay for all their clothes/uniform/phones/pocket money etc.

He currently pays me directly so I am aware he can decide to stop paying at any time.

Any advice on what he will need to do to change contact to 3.5 days and stop paying me any CM. Also, if he does that I'm assuming he will need to buy uniform Etc for when they are at his house?

Thanks
