I currently have a Consent Order that requires me to pay £833 towards the cost of our two children. the realities are i'm earning less than the number used at the FDR and i look after the children for more days than estimated.
the children were in private education, however my ex refused to contribute a penny to their education going forward so i am taking in this burden using savings and proceeds from my share of selling the family home.
Regardless of this, my ex refuses to pay for the school bus, extra curricular activities, school lunches etc, just sticking them on the school bill and pocketing the £833. I am at breaking point with this burden. I will be looking to go to the CMS after the CO has been in place after 12 months, but any suggestions would be welcome. Am i being unreasonable in thinking that these costs should be paid for by her? she is a private dentist, so has a decent job
