If it helps anyone out there, thus far, we have had a very positive experience (as the NRP) with the CSA

We filled in their form late, explained why it was late, they had no issue with that. We provided everything they asked for first time, they have praised my partner for providing such a well presented set of information.

We have a special case worker who is assigned to our case, and who is articulate and appears not to be speaking from a script.

We have had an assessment that looks fair, but will be recalculated in the interim until financial arrangements are made properly.

All in all, very professional so far... long may it continue!

That's good news. It's about time someone had something positive to say about the CSA. I expect it helped that you provided clear information, so well done to you, too!

Best wishes,
Sadie
