My STBX is on benefits - disability and others totalling 20k a year. He will soon be able to take his pension - will lose the means tested benefits but shd have an income of up to 26k p a.
What happens about maintenance? My solicitor has not mentioned it. Should he be paying something now ... and what about when he gets his pension? How do I get anything?
My income is about 24k inc Ch Tax credits etc but very unstable. 3 kids 17,15, 12. Eldest goes to uni this year.

I assume it is still a proportion of net income according to CSA rules: 20% for the two children it will be from next year once the eldest is 18. The CSA advice line is usually pretty good so I would give them a ring and ask. 08457 133 133
