I got divorced 3 months ago,got court order...But my ex stopped me to get mortgage and told me its not fair me to keep house for 10 years then sell...Also I covered his £20.000 loans. When I cleared his loan he got same amount loan to buy new car, went to holiday to Thailand and took his girl friend to weekend holidays and spent £100 for dinners outside.I know all becouse we are still in the same house and he refused to go..I am paying bills and paid mortgage on and off becouse he asked me if I dont help him he is going to sell furnitures from house becouse he is going under depts....His bills so high and push me to sell the house...If I dont sell he is going to apply my 5 years daughter custody and going to make a hell my life...

Then CSA called him and sent forms to fill..He ignored more then 3 months also I told him and he was agree to pay maintenance. Now he is telling me to call them and say I gave up ,also the amount of maintenenace is so high(%15 of his salary)he cant afford.I said this money isnt whta I asked..The CSA is telling him to pay he has to talk to them..But he says he can change the job and escape from CSA and he is not going to pay forever....Also he is going me to stop to take my daughter away out of the country(every year we are going to my country for sumer holidays)he decided to pay half of amount and when he is ready to pay,he doesnt say when he can pay....And every time he is threating me to do something...I dont want anything what law gives me as my right....The court gave mehouse ...he tried to stop now child maintenenace...Can he escape from CSA,if he does what is going to happened?

With PAYE it is relatively easy for the CSA to assess and enforce CM payments without co-operation. It's more tricky when the payee is self employed or a company director and very difficult if their earnings are not declared.

You don't need consent to go on holiday abroad for up to a month.

Fiona is correct if he is PAYE the CSA can slap a DOE on him , thats if he don't keep leaving his jobs (job hoppers) as the CSA call them.

If the court gave you the house then I think you must have the right to make him leave. You need to see a solicitor; you can't be forced to continue to live with such a bully after everything has formally been settled.
