Im hoping someone can shed some light on this matter.Ive just started a divorce, the situation is I am currently starting a divorce,my ex has been having my daughter while I work unsociable hours, there has been much bad communication and aminosity between us and it has caused many problems. I am happy for him not to see her but she has asked to do so. I am caught in a sitiation that he only has one room with one bed and therefore not practical to have her any length of time. Plus emotionally she is under social services for her behaviour etc, long story. It is very stressful with my job and childcare and an interferring mother who is making the situation a lot worse. I am managing financially at the moment but have to rely on childcare from my ex whixh does not work and my mother can not cope with childcare fulltime.I have also been under a lot of stress and had a lot of time off. I would gladly give up my job to improve the welfare of my child and so not be reliant on childcare but Id like to know if giving up my job would cause problems with chidcare and court etc, please advise.
