I would like to have an answer to my question below please:

My son will start school from September in the school we (Me and my Ex-husband agreed on) however the Ofsted report changed last month to ‘Need improvement ‘ so now he will attend this year but next year ex wonts him to move? And also he is not allowing him to attend breakfast and afternoon club in case he attach himself to the school? What can I say L

I can’t agree with him as he already decided himself that it’s not a great idea for son to attend. Being a single mum it’s hard for me, although I have got my parents to help me.

What will be the process if we can’t agree?

I am scared to go to court but very rarely we can agree together, I have been saying ok to nearly everything he comes up with.

Thank you
Leyla
