No, not drawn up by a solicitor regrettably. They were amicable and wanted the best for each other, at the time. They felt solicitors would make it formal and aggressive when they felt they could resolve it between themselves. Clearly, that was very short sighted. And times have changed now she is in financial difficulty and it’s everyone else’s responsibility to dig her out of her self made hole.
Additionally there are no other assets, just the house.

Does the order have a court stamp on it? Which court did it go to?

If there were no other assets, I would be very surprised if a court agreed to an order that gave her 100% of the house and 50% of his salary.

I would suggest you see if you can get a solicitor to look at it.
