Hello everyone.
There is a chance that I will need to take early retirement due to ill heath (aged 48)
This will include a redundancy payment (£25,000), obviously with no job I need every penny.
I’m currently investigating if I can claim early pension however that’s not 100%
I pay £350 (one child aged 13) a month CSA/CSM and have no arrears and never missed payment. The CSA/CSM is involved but only send a statement every year and I pay the agreed monthly amount direct to Childs mother with out issues.
So question ..... can the CSA/CSM legally come for any of my £25,000 redundancy that I need to live on.
Thanks in advance ?

No, as it isn't income.
