Hi everyone,

I need some help.. My divorce finalised on December 2006 and my ex did not object the divorce partilculars did not make any arrangement for the child. Basically did not want to know the child and his needs.

Last June he went to court saying that he cannot see his child as we moved away without any refrence and had court issue an order to the child's nursery to disclose whereabouts of the child. He knows where the child goes nursery and I work.. So how Could I child goes missing then?

Now I have a hearing date in January for conciliation hearing and his asking orders for interim contact and contact.

Solicitors are so confusing and I do not know where I stand, any help please?? (Sorry for my English as it is not my mother tongue!!:)

Age of child?

When did H last have contact with the child?

Reason for marriage breakdown?

Does he work and pay CSA or support the child?

My child will be 4 years old in March 2008.

My marriage broken down for his unreasonable behaviours (his is a patalogical liar- probably got a personality disorder). Was acting dangerously mixed with wrong crowd - fraud etc.

At the moment he works but never gave a penny to the child.
