Hi, first time on here so be patient.my Consent Order comes into play monday 1st june. I have to pay my ex £72,500. obviously with the crdeit crunch and devalue of property i do have the funds.meanwhile my ex has been incurring debts and so therefore sabotaging any attempts of me buying him out as this has an effect on my credit rating. my solicitor suggests a delay of enforcement of the court order but this is expensive. Im so lost to know what to do as its taken me 3 years to get over all the rubbish he has put us through. please could someone advise....im running out of time.
