Hi all. My wife divorced me about a year ago. She was the petitioner and the court ordered that I pay her costs. Exactly what costs am I supposed to pay? Through her solicitor she has asked me to pay her entire solicitor bill. I have to pay my own solicitor and don't have the money. 2 questions really.. 1. What do I have to pay, and 2. What if I do not have all the money to pay, are installments over 2-3 years ok?

Ssparky,

Hav4e the costs been agreed by yourself and the Court? Sending you an invoice is the first step in the procedure. If you can agree the costs and installments you can avoid an enforcement of the order, for example having a wages arrestment put in place.
